What is Section Q Reporter?

Section Q Reporter is a web-based application that allows for quick and simple transmission of mandated Section Q referrals from Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) to Aging Services Access Points (ASAPs). 

SNF users go to the Section Q Reporter website, fills in 3 fields, and submit the referral. ASAPs are notified via email and access the website to view the information. Reporting on Section Q activity is done with a few clicks.
